Terming the Monsoon session of Parliament as successful, Union Parliamentary Affairs and Chemicals Minister Ananth Kumar on Friday said 20 Bills were passed by both the Houses of Parliament during the Session with productivity of Lok Sabha at 118 per cent while Rajya Sabha had 68 per cent productivity.
